Ajahn Sumedho’s book The Four Noble Truths, Bhikku Analyo’s Satipattana instructions, Dancing with Life by Phillip Moffitt and Metta Meditation with Bhante Sujato.
You don’t need to attend each week, however it would be beneficial to have, or aspire to, a regular meditation practice.
There is no cost for meetings.
Donations can be made online to our guiding lay teacher – Jill Shepherd.
